All Inka products are guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age. If there is a problem, send the product to us and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. If the product is no longer in production and cannot be repaired we will replace it with a comparable Inka product. Ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are any parts damaged from excessive impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse.

	Include your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number along with a brief description of the problem.
	We will take care of the problem and return the repaired product or replacement to you quickly.
